The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over the world. 

Entrants must be authors of the works they submit. Each participant may send up to 4 photographs to each section. The organizer may reproduce the exhibited works in the 

catalogue and for promotional purposes without paying any author's fee. 

By entering this exhibition, you are explicitly consenting to the personal details you have 

supplied, including email addresses, being held, processed, and used by the exhibition 

organizers for purposes associated with this exhibition. You also explicitly consent to such information being sent to organizations that have accorded official recognition, patronage, 

or accreditation to this exhibition. You acknowledge and accept that entering this exhibition 

means that the status and results of your entry may be made public.

A) THEATER IN PHOTOGRAPHIC ART (color/monochrome digital)

Photos created in 2023, 2024, and 2025 are eligible to participate (black and white and color photographs) includes photographs showing a theatrical performance (drama, opera, ballet, pantomime, theatrical performance, etc.) and/or the theatrical atmosphere (every moment in 

the theater behind and in front of the stage, in the auditorium, dressing rooms, in the foyers, 

in the open space, etc.).

Photos must be in JPG file format, maximum image width (horizontal) is 1920 pixels. Maximum image height (vertical) is 1080 pixels in 300 dpi. compression 7-12; maximum size is 2Mb. www.fka.rs

No requirements for file names, file names should be as you would want them to appear in the catalogue (same as the title name). Our program will later add the necessary data. Only English letters (a-z) are allowed. Words such as “Untitled” and “No Title” are not acceptable as part or 

all of an image’s title, nor are camera capture filenames or titles consisting of only numbers. 

REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS 

All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.

The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards.

Each author can receive only one award in each of the sections.

The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable; complaints are not possible.

Authors awarded with gold medals at three triennial exhibitions receive the title of 

Hon. of the International Triennial "Theatre in Photographic Art" and acquire the 

right to exhibit independently, out of competition.

"With the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, 

the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can 

be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even 

if the entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files 

as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by 

FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non-compliance with FIAP regulations, the 

name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. 

By submitting an entry, the entrant certifies legal Age, and owns all rights to these images, including copyright, or parents or guardians permit on his/her behalf if he/she is not of Legal Age.

The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
